1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph52 ("ph52", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph52 online casino platform accessible at ph52.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a ph52 account, by accessing the Platform, or by using any service offered thereon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph52 Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ph52 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all online gaming activities in the Philippines.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
3. You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph52, or a close family member of any such person.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other responsible gaming authority.
6. You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law.

ph52 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Access to the Platform will be suspended pending verification where ph52 has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility requirement is not satisfied. ph52 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will cooperate fully with PAGCOR in any investigation related to underage access.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games on ph52, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following terms apply to ph52 accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ph52 account. Multiple accounts for the same individual, household, or shared device will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. ph52 will rely on this information for identity verification and withdrawal processing. False or misleading registration information is grounds for account termination.
3. KYC Verification: ph52 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, passport, driver's licence, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID) and/or proof of address. 4. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph52 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph52 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
5. Account Transfers: ph52 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or permitting another individual to use your ph52 account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph52 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (7-Connect), and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph52 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account.
3. ph52 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
5. ph52 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected money laundering activity in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
6. Funds deposited on the ph52 Platform are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with ph52's operating funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph52 offers various promotions to its registered players, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all ph52 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion detail page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
2. Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit at ph52 and may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method.
3. ph52 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the relevant promotion page.
4. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using arbitrage strategies, or placing bets designed to exploit promotions, constitutes a breach of these Terms. ph52 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts in such cases.
5. Promotional offers are subject to validity periods. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited from the player's account without further notice.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ph52 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and safe gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph52 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen credit cards or e-wallet credentials.
• Money laundering, or using ph52 as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ph52 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the ph52 Platform or another player's account.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or game malfunctions. ph52 reserves the right to void bets placed during a known malfunction.

ph52 employs real-time fraud monitoring and works with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph52 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ph52 or its licensed third-party game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any ph52 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph52 content without the prior written consent of ph52. Unauthorised use of ph52 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights under Philippine and international law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

1. ph52 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph52 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
2. ph52 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures outside of ph52's reasonable control.
3. ph52's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. ph52 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph52 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that while the majority of our players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a minority may experience difficulty maintaining control of their gaming activity.

1. The ph52 Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion.
2. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and prevents login to the ph52 account for the duration selected (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
3. ph52 strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits refunded where practicable.

10. Termination & Account Closure

ph52 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a self-exclusion or regulatory restriction order from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph52 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Any remaining real-money balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days of account closure.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph52 support via live chat. ph52 will process voluntary closure requests within 2 business days. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ph52 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, and an updated version of these Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the ph52 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the ph52 Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph52 Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute between you and ph52 that cannot be resolved through ph52's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ph52 may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through the official regulatory channels available on PAGCOR's website. ph52 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
